Case Study: Creating Training Resources for a Highly Customized Salesforce Org 

Dosti staffing team recently began a user training project in the Medical Device Manufacturing industry with a client who has a highly customized Salesforce org.  Here is part one of the case study:

Existing Documentation: Minimal

For this project, user training and documentation were scarce, so Dosti stepped in to help create meaningful training materials. With interconnected business processes inside and outside Salesforce, a comprehensive strategy was crucial.

Starting with mapping and documenting each business unit’s processes and SF usage, we collaborated closely with the clients’ internal teams to create standardized business process maps, written instructions, and custom training videos. 

Though still a work in progress, this project sets a solid framework for effective training and documentation.
